About Me

     Shaniqua J. West is an actor born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. Since her adolescents Shaniqua fell in love with the performing arts. As a child, Shaniqua often performed in stage plays at her school and in her church. In 2014 Shaniqua became a production assistant for an award winning television series pilot "South Of Brooklyn." This endevor launched the pursuit of her acting career professionally.

      Shaniqua is best known for her role as “Stacy” in the urban drama series called The Ave. Now on Amazon Prime with over 36 million streams, “The Ave” has helped begin Shaniquas' acting career in a way that she had never imagined. Currently, stars as Kiesha in a PreP Health PSA called "Ladies Night" powered by the Community Healthcare Network. Shaniqua J. West also stars as Melinda in a drama-comedy series "Single Man Problems", now on the Here Tv television network.  Most recently, Shaniqua guest stars as Jalissa Stanfield in the feature film "The Blue Labyrinth" premiering at New York City NBC Unviversal Studios.

      Other than acting, Shaniqua also has a passion for hair and beauty. As a hobby, Shaniqua loves to share hair and beauty tips on her YouTube platform with hundreds of subscribers. Turning her hobby into a business, Shaniqua is the owner of Bundles of Brooklyn Inc. an online Human Hair Boutique. Shaniqua's hair boutique serves females of all ages. From children suffering severe alopecia to the average woman that just wants to revamp her look. Shaniqua J. West aspires to continue soaring to new heights while balancing her acting career, personal hobbies and a business.

       Presently Shaniqua J. West continues to live her dreams and blossom into the success she is meant to be.
